Attendance Information
Washoe County School District has updated the Attendance Policy for the 2024/2025 school year. Absences are only considered EXCUSED when students return to school with a doctor's note. Excused Absences with a doctor’s note do not count towards chronic absenteeism. Attendance is very important at Brown Elementary School, and we are trying hard to lower our number of federally chronically absent students. We love it when students are here and learning!
